Every session at Strata is guided by Olivia, the studio’s founder and instructor. Pilates has been part of her life long before she became an instructor, but it was through personal healing — including navigating scoliosis and chronic nervous system stress — that she discovered its deeper potential.
After a decade working in the film and television industry in Los Angeles, Olivia understands the physical and mental demands of high-performance environments. Her work is grounded in classical Pilates and shaped by a commitment to precise, supportive movement. Sessions emphasize alignment, breath, and intentional sequencing to build strength, mobility, and regulation that carry into everyday life.
